President
Serge Salvatori
Serge joined ACYAN in 2012 after more than twenty-five years in the Ministry of Armed Forces.
Fighter pilot, he was engaged in numerous war operations, held positions of responsibility at the head of operational entities and in crisis cells.
Auditor for the highest authorities of the Ministry of Defense, he conducted numerous feedback sessions, studies or administrative investigations, always dealing with major risks and serious crises. Professor at the War College, the training entity for future senior executives of the armed forces and national gendarmerie in France, he also taught crisis planning and management methods.
Since 2012, he has been supporting ACYAN clients to help them navigate crises and develop their autonomy and resilience.

Virginie Legrand
Virginie advises companies on their influence strategy, management and crisis communication.
She supports clients during hot crises and regularly intervenes as a crisis communication advisor and media trainer for executive teams.
Previously mission manager in ministerial offices, political communication consultant, and lobbyist for several regulated professions.
